Hong Kong dojo directory
These are the Hong Kong kendo association, dojos, and university clubs. Each name opens that group’s official page. Please confirm the current practice time there before you visit.
Before you go
A short note through the dojo’s official page is the usual way to arrange a first visit. Please wait at the entrance. Clothes, bows, quiet, and filming are explained on the etiquette page. Trial sessions and enrolment follow that dojo’s official notice.

Write to the dojo through its official page and wait at the entrance. Clothes, bows, silence, and filming are on the Hong Kong dojo etiquette page. Please ask that dojo about enrolment.
Clubs and university clubs
University clubs and community dojos are separate organisations. A university club may limit practice to its students. A community dojo sets its own visitors’ rule. The association page is for membership, grading, and official events.
Place and time
Each group sets out the place and time on its official page. They are sometimes adjusted through the year.
A short note
When you write, your name, that you are new to kendo, and which evenings you can come are enough. The dojo will tell you how a first evening usually goes.
